A key feature of our reverse osmosis water filter is the 5-stage process with alkaline mineral enrichment. In some dispenser models UV light is included to provides added protection while serving. By housing the filtration system under the counter, we can offer a smaller countertop profile without compromising on the quality of filtration.
The initial step involves the use of an ultra-fine membrane filter, ensuring the removal of harmful bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants through hydrostatic pressure.
At a subsequent stage active-carbon eliminates particles and organisms larger than 0.5 micron. The post-activated carbon follows to take care of Chlorine, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Pharmaceuticals, Turbidity, Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOC), and Industrial Solvents.
Then a sediment filter does the removal of undesired contaminants, such as rust, among other metal and non-metal particles in the water.
The last steps will balance the alkalinity and add essential minerals to enhance the quality and taste of the water, while in the final process UV light will provide an extra level of protection while dispensing
